Elizabeth is President of Team Tarlton and Vice President of Operations at Tarlton Properties and is responsible for operations, leasing, and property management for the company’s life science portfolio in Silicon Valley, which is one of the top four life science markets in the world. Tarlton has more than 1.5 million square feet of biotech and life science properties currently managed or under development and 200,000 square feet of class A office space currently managed.
Since joining Tarlton in 2014, Elizabeth has acquired 335,000 square feet of new properties, driven $90 million in acquisitions and dispositions, and leased over 800,000 square feet of commercial space to breakthrough life science companies, including Pacific Biosciences, GRAIL, and Intersect ENT. Elizabeth and her team currently support more than 60 biotech, medical device, and life science companies.
Elizabeth also leads Tarlton’s environmental, community and philanthropic efforts, including Menlo Park Rides, the company’s green initiative that encourages tenants to use public transportation and other eco-friendly commuting methods to get to work, and Team Tarlton, the company’s non-profit effort that supports cancer research and invests in local communities and education.
Elizabeth joined Tarlton after more than a decade of leadership in banking operations at U.S. Trust and Bank of America. She holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Central Florida.
